Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. However, we’re excited to announce that shipping to the USA will be available soon! Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter for the latest announcements.

Due to recent customs and regulatory changes, we’re unable to offer shipping to the EU or other international destinations at this time.

We look forward to expanding our shipping options further as our business grows.

Shipping Method

We use Royal Mail tracked services to ensure your order reaches you safely. This is a tracked and insured service, and you can choose between 24 or 48 hour service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. The price shown includes both shipping and packaging.

As a guide, sending one skein of yarn to mainland UK typically costs around £3.67 using the 48-hour service. Please note that this may change as postal rates increase, though I’ll do my best to keep this estimate up to date within this policy.

We offer free delivery on orders over £50.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully hand-packed and shipped with love. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched.

Delivery Times

  • Tracked 48 via Royal Mail: 2-3 business days from the day of posting

  • Tracked 24 via Royal Mail: 1-2 business days from the day of posting

Please note that while we aim to deliver within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions which are beyond our control.

Lost Items

We take great care in processing and shipping your orders. If your order does not arrive by the due date plus 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will assist you in resolving the issue according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
